We, the members of KAAKBAY - Tri-People Youth Dialogue, imploring the aid of Divine Providence, in order establish an organization that will advance a culture of peace between and among the Majority, Lumad and Moro communities of this country, foster unity and understanding among the youth of the Philippines, promote the vital role of the youth in community development through collective effort, do hereby adopt and promulgate this Constitution and By-Laws.
