ARTICLE I
NAME AND DOMICILE

Section 1. NAME

The organization shall be officially known as KAAKBAY - Tri-People Youth Dialogue; herein referred to as KAAKBAY.

Section 2. DOMICILE

The office shall be located at the Front Cubicle, Youth Affairs Development Office Section, Youth and Sports Office, A. Acharon Sports Complex, Brgy. Calumpang, General Santos City.

Section 3. LOGO

KAAKBAY shall have its color and official seal.

Kaakbay-TPYD's Constitution and By-Laws was ratified on the 20th day of April, 2002. The following were the signatories:
