About Constitution and By-Laws
ARTICLE XV
MEETINGS

Section 1.

a. There shall be a regular meeting of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors. The body sitting en banc shall decide the schedule of such meetings. The President, through the Secretary-General, may call for a special or an emergency meeting whenever the need arises.

b. All meetings shall be guided by organizational policies and parliamentary procedures.

c. A regular meeting shall start in a quorum. A quorum constitutes fifty percent (50%) plus one of the total number of the Executive Committee.

Section 2.

There shall be at least one (1) General Assembly every quarter. The Executive Committee shall fix the date of said General Assembly. However, the Executive Committee can call for a Special or Emergency General Assembly as the need arises. Its quorum shall be constituted by the local attendance present in the General Assembly.
