Section 1.
Any funding for KAAKBAY shall be deposited in a bank chosen by the Executive Committee in a three-party joint savings account and shall bear the name "KAAKBAY - Tri-People Youth Dialogue", A. Acharon Sports Complex, Calumpang, General Santos City.
Section 2.
No money shall be taken out from the organization's fund except in pursuance of its programs and activities, duly approved by the Executive Committee meeting en banc.
Section 3.
Any disbursement of funds shall be accompanied by a resolution duly signed by the Executive Committee and the disbursement voucher signed by the chairperson of the Board of Directors. Disbursement of funds shall be liquidated within fifteen (15) days after the completion of the activity.
Section 4.
All disbursement of the organization shall be verified by the Auditor and confirmed by the Board of Directors.
