| ACCOUNTABILITY OF OFFICERS |
Section 1.
Any elected officer or director may be impeached or suspended by a 2/3 vote of the Executive Committees of the city/provincial organization and the unit organizations meeting en banc.

The following shall be the grounds for impeachment or recall:
- gross neglect of duty;
- any willful violation of the Constitution and By-laws;
- gross misconduct which degrades the credibility of the organization;
- graft and corruption; and
- bribery.

The following shall be the grounds for suspension:
- non-compliance and negligence of the organizational policies;
- misconduct during meetings, assemblies of the organization.

Section 2.
Any elected officer or director can be recalled from office by a petition of thirty percent (30%) of the General Assembly, provided that the recall proceedings shall not exceed thirty (30) days after the holding of elections.
