Election of officers and Board of Directors must be in accordance with democratic processes and parliamentary rules and procedures. Casting of votes shall be done through secret balloting, unless otherwise circumstances prevent the conduct of such secret balloting.
Section 1.
All city/provincial officers shall be elected by the General Assembly.
Section 2.
The Executive Committee shall elect the composition of the Board of Directors.
Section 3.
Any officer or director can be re-elected.
Section 4.
The provisions of the election code shall govern provisions not specified in the preceding sections of this article that are related to the election of officers.
Section 5.
The election of officers of the city/provincial organization shall be held on the 20th day of the month of April of every year.
