ARTICLE XI
QUALIFICATION OF OFFICERS

Section 1. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

a. Whether elected or appointive, must be a citizen of the Philippines and a member of one of the sectors composing the Tri-People;
b. Must not have any criminal or delinquent record in the community;
c. With the exception of the KAAKBAY Coordinators who are concurrent Presidents of their respective organizations, must hot hold concurrent positions in either the city/provincial organization, or the unit organization, or both;
d. Must not be above the age of 35;
e. Must be single.

Kaakbay-TPYD's Constitution and By-Laws was ratified on the 20th day of April, 2002. The following were the signatories:
