Section 1.

The following shall be the Organizational Committees:

a.	Membership Committee
b.	Culture and Sports Committee
c.	Internal and External Operations Committee
d.	Physical Projects Committee
e.	Ways and Means Committee
f.	Public Relations Committee
g.	Supplies and Logistics Committee

Section 2.

Any committee may submit proposals to the Executive Committee for deliberation and approval of the same by the Executive Committee.

Section 3.

The following shall be the functions of the Committees:

a.	Membership Committee Shall be composed of all three vice-Presidents and six other members appointed by the President and confirmed by the Board of Directors; Recommend the entry into KAAKBAY of an individual as an active member/pioneer member or an organization as an affiliate member; Formulate and regulate screening procedures regarding membership; Perform other functions related to such committee as may be assigned by the President.
b.	Culture and Sports Committee Shall initiate programs that would enhance and develop the cultural, physical and social interests of the members of the organization; Perform other functions related to such committee as may be assigned by the President.
c.	Internal and External Operations Committee Shall be composed of the Secretary-General, the assistant Secretaries-General, the Public Information Officers and the KAAKBAY Coordinators; Formulate programs designed to promote consciousness among the youth concerning issues related and relevant to the principles and objectives of KAAKBAY on the local and national community levels; Be responsible for the communication and good relations with external organizations; Perform other functions related to such committee as may be assigned by the President.
d.	Physical Projects Committee Formulate programs and projects designed to enhance the well-being of the organization, as approved by the Executive Committee; Implement programs and projects approved by the Executive Committee; Perform other functions related to such committee as may be assigned by the President.
e.	Ways and Means Committee Find ways to raise funds and materials, should such be required, in support of plans, projects and programs; Shall turn over to the Treasurer any and all financial aid acquired in the process of performing its functions; Shall turn over to the supplies and logistics committee any and all materials, equipment and supplies acquired in the process of performing its functions; Perform other functions related to such committee as may be assigned by the President.
f.	Public Relations Committee Shall be tasked with the establishment of the official publication of the organization; Publish all reports and notices of the organization; Formulate programs to enhance unity between KAAKBAY and external organizations and entities; Perform other functions related to such committee as may be assigned by the President.
g.	Supplies and Logistics Committee Shall be tasked with the upkeep of the materials, equipment and supplies of the organization; Shall be charged with the movement of the materials, equipment and supplies of the organization whenever and wherever such may be needed; Perform other functions related to such committee as may be assigned by the President.
