ARTICLE IX
DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The following shall be the duties and functions of the Board of Directors:

a. Propose resolutions;
b. Formulate organizational policies to be ratified by the Executive Committee;
c. Initiate impeachment proceedings;
d. Propose for the creation of ad-hoc committees;
e. Propose or concur agreements through resolutions;
f. Confirm delegates to conventions, seminars, trainings, meetings, etc. sponsored by national or local entities;
g. Conduct investigations and inquiries in aid of legislation;
h. Check the constitutionality of all actions of the officers and members on issues covered by the Constitution and By-laws;
i. To accommodate and handle cases involving disciplinary actions;
j. Perform all other functions that the Executive Committee or General Assembly may deem necessary;
