The following shall be the rights and privileges of every member:

a.	To propose motions;
b.	To enjoy and exercise the freedom of expression, information and inquiry;
c.	To have access to all records and documents pertaining to the operations and proceedings of the organization;
d.	To have their grievances and complaints heard and speedily redressed;
e.	To exercise his/her rights to vote and the right to be voted upon.
