The following shall be the duties and responsibilities of each member:

a.	To uphold the Constitution and By-Laws, honor the organization and take part in its development;
b.	To promote the Tri-People Youth Agenda;
c.	To observe the law of the land and the rules and regulations of the organization;
d.	To participate in any activity geared towards the promotion of peace and development in the country;
e.	To contribute in the efforts at bolstering the membership of the organization through any and all programs initiated for the purpose;
f.	To attend the City/Provincial Organization General Assembly;
