KAAKBAY shall:

a.	Be responsible for the welfare and interests of the Tri-People in its aim of attaining a genuine culture of peace in the Philippines;
b.	Propose, initiate or conduct activities, programs, and symposia on a regular basis which shall further the principles and objectives of the organization;
c.	Continuously maintain a high level of participation among its members through regular and up-to-date communication and correspondence;
d.	Shall keep a high degree of cohesiveness among its members by preventing at all costs the alienation of any of its members;
e.	Shall maintain complete transparency in its operations;
f.	Shall coordinate with the Philippine Youth Development Initiative and the Youth Affairs Development Office in activities that require their aid or expertise, as well as participate in any and all activities that either or both entities may sponsor;
g.	Shall coordinate with all associations and organizations within and outside the country for cooperation and implementation of programs in compliance with the principles and objectives of the organization;
