It is the full intent of KAAKBAY to honor and give fitting tribute to all the those who had innocently died due to violence in the entire SOCSKSARGEN area. Being a public property, the site on which the Peace Monument will rise shall be lobbied by KAAKBAY for approval with the Sangguniang Panglungsod. Hopefully one of the honorable city councilors will sponsor a city ordinance declaring the site of the Peace Monument and permitting the beautification thereof.
