It is the view of KAAKBAY that, in light of the present regional peace and order situation, the Culture of Peace Training is a form of preventive measure which is geared towards the avoidance of any polarized acts of violence due to premeditated inter-cultural prejudice and discrimination. Though impressively effective in its application, the prevalence and consistency of the Culture of Peace Training is not a full proof assurance that, indeed, no major polarized acts of violence would occur, where substantial loss and injury/damage to life and property is witnessed. The skills acquired by the participants from the Disaster Management Training will subsequently serve as the constructive measure if such disasters, as well as natural-borne calamities, may actually occur within their area of coverage. It is also hoped that this training would at the same time give the participants the subsequent license and qualification to conduct Disaster Management Trainings on their own within their area of coverage, in the same way that they had received the license and qualification to conduct Culture of Peace Trainings.
