This event shall serve as the repeat activity of the whole process conducted during the Trainors' Training on the Culture of Peace for Youth and Students in General Santos City held last September 16-19, 2002. This time, a new batch of 60 of the best youth from General Santos City shall undergo the training. They shall be trained by the senior trainors of KAAKBAY. This is to sustain the size of the pool of trainors for the SOCKSKSARGEN area for the youth in anticipation of any possible decrease in the original batch of youth trainors and in anticipation of yet another expansion in the area of coverage. Target participants shall be the top student council officers and the student publication editorial boards of the different colleges in General Santos City, and Sangguniang Kabataan Chairmen of certain barangays of the city.
