The proposal assignment was one that came challenging to our group.  We met numerous times to research, write, and organize our proposal. Though some students dread group work, ours came together fairly easily with a result in friendships. Because we are all students, finding common times to meet was somewhat difficult. However, each student did their best to rearrange his/her personal schedule to adjust to the group’s needs. Although we were pleased with the grade on our proposal, there were a few areas that needed some correction. By looking through the graded proposal, we have been able to see our weakest points and the ways in which we can improve.  The corrections were very helpful in determining how to improve on any future proposals that we will be faced with in our line of work. Although the improvements that we had to make to our proposal were very minor, they still determined the outcome and professionalism of the proposal. The proposal came out well organized and precise, but any constructive criticism is always welcome if helpful in making the proposal that much better.

The first improvement we have made to our proposal was correcting grammatical mistakes. We also created a proposed program section under our previous University Plaza section. Although we had previously included minor details concerning a proposed program, we had not distinguished it from the rest it the rest of the proposal. An additional improvement was adding a timeline to our proposal. We included the dates of when construction would begin and scheduled completion.
