Grossly over weight people metabolism will not increasing with exercise. Aerobic exercises which would give fast results on a moderately fat become anaerobic using mostly glucose instead of fat. Resulting gaining weights.

Reduce intake until you lose in the rate that you are satisfied, but steel able to think strait, function normally. Until you lose all but the last 10 percent.

Some low speed walking 2 mls/h would certainly help, but these are only 200 cal/h. One must do three hours of walk every single day to shed a one lb in a week.

Ideally that is 20 x (LBM - fat over 20%) cal.
Walk 2 - 8 hours daily not faster than 2 mls/ hour that is 200 cal/hour.

For example a women 165 lb LBM = 110 lb. 50% fat. 30% over the normal.
Need only 20 x (110 - 30 ) = 1600 cal\day
With diet of 1100 cal. 500 x 7 = 3500 cal lose and ideal 1 lb/w

Walking four hours every day with a normal calorie intake of 2200 cal. Will burn 4 x 200 x 7 = 5600 cal lose 1.75 lb/week. Will be in ideal weight of 135 lb in 17 weeks.

Mix these two together you are loosing at the rate of 2.75 lb/w. Loosing 30 lb 10 weeks.

What happening with the food geting in to your body.

It will be digested in the stomach broken down to small particles, than absorbed to the blood stream in the intestine. In short it will be dumped in your blood stream after a rather difficult and tasking chemical process.

The process need many very complex chemical which are very hard to produce to some and very hard to reduce production when less needed.

Overproduction of this chemicals will slowly subside but until will cause a sensation of hunger. That need to be ignored or converted mentally to different translation other than eat.

For a slim person this commands means eat or die. For a fat person it should say you are getting slim. Instead of suffering feeling pity, feel glad and hopeful.

It will help if not consumed hard or indigestible food such as uncooked hard or dark green vegetables, unripe fruits and meats.

Not because they haven't got brain quite the opposite they have to much taken over parts the body suppose to think and communicate with you.

Example. Everyone knows if you want to have big arms you have to work hard with heavy weights. How can that same logic be true for reducing parts as well, like abdomen or overall body size?

Over weight people are slower they tired easy, that is natural. What ever they do need twice as much energy. People in general judge it as laziness.

That became accepted so widely that the overweight people itself when they want to lose acting out of character eating half amount and working like maniacs. Nothing will change.
