Purifying diet for two weeks.

In the morning take a protein drink.
That is one cup (250 ml) water, 15 gram 90% protein powder, made either from whey, soybean, or rice with a teaspoon of honey. Ten or twenty minutes later have one red ripe apple and one or two bananas.

One hour later start drinking 2 - 3 cups of water.

Lunch have unlimited lettuce, cucumber, radish, ripe tomato with the same weights of bread, rice, pasta or any grain product. Maybe some minced or crashed garlic in lemon and or tomato juice but no dressing.

One hour later start drinking 2 - 3 cups of water.

The third meal should been some protein again. Either 100 gm low fat fish, tuna, chicken, bean, or pea or an other protein drink.

No water for two hours.

The fourth meal is unlimited steamed vegetable. Cabbage, broccoli, green bean, cauliflower, squash etc.

For the fifth meal an hour before bad time. If you like milk this is the time to have it. You been good all day, have one slim slice of bread. Helps you sleep better. Else have the third protein drink.

This is a well balanced diet can round up to 1200 kcal. As it is a good reducing diet for some, but there is noting purifying about it jet.

After about 4 to 6 days observing this already somewhat restrictive diet we start to take away the chicken, fish beans and finally the bread and all grain product in an other 4 - 6 daily succession.

Now we have an all vegetarian purifying diet about 600 kcal. which safely can be observed for two weeks. Following that period we reintroduce fish chicken and finally the grain product in the same daily succession as we removed them.
