Inspiration: Jublis, as you will see, is the main source of comic relief. And at that he�s really the only source of �ha-ha� humor. Most people like Jublis above any other, mostly because he�s just funny. As you can also see, he�s about the �raciest� character here, the horny teenage guy (OK not THAT bad but it hints at it). Though he doesn�t look it right now, I have put an enormous amount of energy in preparing for Jublis�s major character development, later on in the story.
History: Jublis was born and raised in Shimmer Peak. He actually has never left the village until now. He is Kitt�s best friend and has never let him down or abandoned him. He was especially important to Kitt after his mother died. They never have really had an argument either, their closeness unmatched by any in the world.
Jublis�s family has also become inclusive, his father the head of his whole family, extended included. Three years ago, the miners of the quarry at Shimmer Peak, which was how the tiny village made its livelihood, accidentally caused a major rockslide. The accident killed three men, including Jublis�s uncle, and crippled Eyron, Jublis�s father. His cousins were left with only their mother, and Jublis took it upon himself to look after his younger relatives, he was immature enough to play with them, immaturity now a virtue in disguise.
Jublis never looks at anything the bad way. He is forever the optimist, and an object for many jokes. Jublis could actually be a �ladies man� but he is far too immature to do so, even though he is considered very attractive. He would much rather be goofing around with Kitt than being with a beautiful girl (most times anyways).
