My name is Jeff.
Some folks call me Shiv. This may seem silly and compulsive. You're actually not too far off. However, playing disc has introduced me to a ton of great folk from around the NW (and beyond), kept me in shape and helped me to generally fill out an already decent life. This page is my attempt to document my ongoing involvement and remember some of the great times I have had playing disc.
