Pork loin stuffed with spinach, bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Finished in a rosemary butter sauce.

Chicken Parmesan:

Chicken dipped in flour and breadcrumbs, pan fried, topped with fresh tomato sauce, and four types of imported cheeses.

Salmon:

Fresh Atlantic salmon pan seared and finished in a sweet bourbon glaze.

Sea Scallops:

Seared scallops with a seasoned white wine cream sauce and grilled asparagus over a bed of linguine.

Tilapia:

Tilapia fillet crusted with potato and parmesan cheese then baked.
