Commentary - Strip 9

The biggest difference you notice when you start your clinical years is the time table. Perhaps more so for RMH students is the heaps of free time everyday with only a couple of tutorials per week! Previously it had been as straightforward as lectures and tutorials Monday to Friday. Now, you actually have to work out for yourself what to do?! Should I go clerk some patients? Go observe some procedures being performed? Drop by the operating theatre and watch some surgery? Tell me what I should be doing oh please! Maybe I should have gone to St Vincent's. Then again, no way!!! Eventually you can get used to the free floating around time but you can never be comfortable around selfish nerds (excluding a couple of my close friends of course). Most of the time I just simply go home and slack off. Not that difficult when I only live a stone's throw away! Yeh!
