TO ALL MILITARY PERSONNEL, DEPENDENTS AND CIVILIAN PERSONNEL:

In view of numerous inquiries, this Command has been asked to state a position on "STREAKING."  The Command has adopted the following rules:
 
1. Streaking will be permitted as follows:
A. Females will streak on odd days.
B. Males will streak on even days.
C. On Saturdays and Paydays anyone may streak.  No streaking is permitted on Sundays.
2. During inspection of male personnel, only females may streat.  As during inspection of female personnel, only males may streak.
3. Anyone with tatoos such as "sock it to me," "what you see is what you get," or "let it all hang out," will not not be permitted to streak.  (due to inspection regulations.)
4. Officers may carry their briefcases while streaking, however, the usual rule applies; No official documents will be carried in briefcases.  However, the usual items may still be carried, such as lunch, a box of kleenex, shopping list, playboy magazine or any other necessary items. 
5. In any area where food is served all streakers must wear two hairnets.  These will be available in the vending machines located at the mess hall, barracks and laundromat.  
6. In an effort to distinguish sex, all females with flat chests will be required to wear a sign stating "I am a girl."  Also male
