| (Right): Here is the end of the layout. The grade styrofoam has been laid, as has the roadbed. The track has been laid about half the way up. The UP connection can be seen at the extreme right of the photo. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| (Below): This overview shot shows the tracks realigned. The red and black boxcar in the foreground is sitting on the old trolley track. It is now a stub ended siding that wraps around town to where the two black hopper cars and red boxcar sit (in front of white styrofoam). That same siding splits off coming out of the tunnel and serves the large red grain elevator as well. The yellow covered hopper and two brown boxcars are spotted on the siding in this photo. This will add alot of operational possibilities that the previous alignment did not have. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
