There are many structures used by the railroad.  They are listed here for your viewing.  Note that some of these buildings are 50+ years old!
(Below) The freight station was an Atlas 1950's era kit that I painted and weathered for the WE&H in 1998.  The stock pens to the left are from the 1970's and were painted grey for the WE&H.  The loading ramp in the foreground allows for loading and unloading from both sides as well as loading of large objects onto flat cars. 
(Below Left) This shack is a 1950's era kit that was painted and weathered for the WE&H in 1998. 
(Below Right) The water tank and small tower in the foreground are both 1950's era kits that were painted in the standard maroon and white scheme for the WE&H in 1998.  The modern tower was made in 1998.  The sign on the tower reads "WE&H - America's Railroad".
(Below) The passenger station was added in 2001.  It is a Walthers cornerstone kit.  This station now gives DeKalb passenger service.
