| My quiet times are very special to me; these are times when I get to be completely alone with Jesus Christ and focus my thoughts and prayers on Him without distraction from my daily schedule. It's during these times that I go to Him to learn about Him, His amazing love and grace in my life and the lives of Biblical figures; it's a time when I go to Him to ask Him some very difficult questions. I draw strength and wisdom from these times, so I might be prepared continually to conduct myself in a way that demonstrates the incredible gift I've been given in Christ. It's these times that I ask that I would make myself available for Him to use to further His Gospel of salvation. In the pages following this, I've chosen to share some of my quiet time topics with you; not because I think I have it all figured out. I don't. It's because I want to share this love, and if I have some of these questions that need to be answered, maybe you do as well. I've done my best to answer them Biblically with verses from the Bible, and I hope they are a blessing to you as you read through them. |
