Jazz Moves Dance School

Tai Chi

Tai chi is a multi-faceted movement art that has many benefits:
  • improves health and well being
  • develops chi/life energy
  • increased self knowledge and personal growth (fabulous!)
  • it's a form of moving meditation
  • high level martial art; has infinite learning potential
  • pushing hands: has connections to life, art, drama, dance, etc. (very amazing!)
