• Payment is due on or before the first class.
• There is a late payment penalty of $5.00
• Registrations will not be accepted without payment.

• No refunds will be issued after the first class.
• Medical Certificate required for class credits (no refund will be given)
• If a class is cancelled by Jazz Moves, then money will be refunded

Registration Deadline
Deadline for registration for classes is listed on registration forms. If there is not sufficient enrollment in any class at that time, the class will be cancelled.

Method of Payment
Participants may pay either cash or cheque (payable to Jazz Moves). Note that we cannot accept credit cards.
