The administrative branch of the Republic, often referred to as the Ministry, is headed by the Prime Minister.  The Prime Minister is responsible for the execution of legislation passed by the legislative branch (Parliament) as well as the general defense and growth of the nation.  The Ministry is divided into several parts, such as the Ministry of State, Ministry of Defense, and the like, which are in turn divided again into various departments.  The Prime Minister is an elected position, with a five year term, while the other Ministry potions are appointed by the Prime Minister, usually with the approval of the Parliament.

Our current Prime Minister is Maximillian Silver.
Administrative
Legislative
The Parliament is the main legislative body of the Republic.  It is based on a one-house system and currently has one hundred Members.  The Members are elected once every three years, and any citizen over the age of twenty-five may run for office.  The Members are headed by the Speaker of the House, who is appointed each legislative session.

The Parliment is responsible for proposing new laws, examining government policy, and debating major issues for the nation.  The Parliment is soley responsible for initiating budgetary policy and is the first step in approving amendments to the nation's Charter.

The current Speaker of the House is "Ken" Zhao Zedong.
Judicial
The Republic's Judicial system is comprised of a number of lower courts, ten circuit courts and the Supreme Court.  The lower courts hear most civil and criminal cases.  A circuit court hears appeals from cases from the lower courts within its area, as well as appeals from various administrative agencies.  The Supreme Court, at its discretion, hears a limited number of cases a year.  Normally these cases are appeals from the circuit courts.

The Supreme Court consists of three justices who are appointed by the Prime Minister and approved by Parliament.  They serve ten year terms.

The current Supreme Court justices are Linda Mendago, Eric Stolheim, and Mary Patricia Quinn.
