5 December 2002 ---JOURNAL ENTRY ONE---
This will be my first, albeit short journal entry. It was only tonight that I started to understand the basics of html so I can produce my own online journal, giving a chronicle of my move to Germany, the spiritual, emotional and financial fortunes and bankruptcies as it is now only 39 days away. The journals will become more sophisticated as I learn more but mostly I want my friends and family to have a chance to keep in contact with me, to see what I'm going through and to give them a chance as well to be a part of it.
I plan to have a weekly contest of sorts where the winner will receive a postcard from Germany or some other prize if I'm up on my luck that week. There might be historical questions about Germany or even a question about one of the stories that are on this site. Over the holiday season I will be adding more and more short stories on here until I have at least the 50 or so that I have typed out already as well as my three novels, all unpublished for your enjoyment. I personally don't think any of them are worth publishing for money so I'll give them to you for free and maybe soon, with these future adventures I'm thrusting upon myself I'll really dig down deep and have something universal to say. So, give me some time and I'll get all that on there for you. Auf wiedersehen and bis bald!
