However, he was not named as a legatee of Aquilla which raises a some doubt. James BURROUGHS, Aquilla's brother, was enumerated in the 1820 and 1830 census of Columbia County. That is the county where the father, James, of Aquilla died in 1804. James died in 1814 at Wilkes County, Georgia.1
