Tinya is the daughter of Winema Wazzo, who currently serves as Vice President of the UP. She is also half-Carggite but her divided bodies were separated at birth by her father who gave two of the babies to the Luck Lords as payment for his gambling debts. When her spirit somehow survived the death of her body during the battle with the White Triangle, she was able to merge with another body that was a member of the 20th century based L.E.G.I.O.N. The where-abouts and condition of her third body are unknown. She is married to fellow Legionnaire, Jo Nah and has a child with him, and she was a member of the Legion Espionage Squad.
Tinya has the native Bgztlian ability to make all or parts of her body immaterial at will.
During the year that half of the Legion was "Lost" in uncharted space, Tinya fled to Rimbor, the home planet of her husband, and befriended Timber Wolf. She and T-Wolf were barely able to prevent the kidnapping of her new-born son by a team of bounty hunters sent by her mother. |
