Topaz Gold Products
	Ginger Cordial A delicious mixer, with the warmth and zing of Topaz Gold gourmet golden ginger, with a special twist.  Just dilute with water or soda for the taste of old-fashioned ginger beer.  Or use with your favourite alcoholic beverage to add that special touch.  This product is certified organic, made with our own certified organic ginger, and imported organic sugar.  Topaz Gold Gourmet Ginger Cordial is a lighter version, made with white sugar.  A different, refreshing flavour, and a paler colour.  This is not certified organic because the sugar is not organic.  The Gourmet Cordial is distinguished by a label featuring green and blue in place of the organic red and yellow.  A picture is not yet available.
	Pure Ginger Juice Imagine the ease of  just adding a splash of juice to your stir-fry instead of all that tiresome peeling and grating.  This product has a brilliant yellow colour - the colour of Topaz Gold ginger itself - and all the brilliant flavour of the pure ginger.  Simply use the same amount of juice as you would use of fresh ginger, for your dash of brilliance.  Not only stir fries either.  Add to curries, Asian dishes of all kinds, and, yes, even cakes and sweets.   You won't know how you managed without it.
	Minced Ginger The clear golden colour and brillliant flavour of Topaz Gold ready grated for your convenience.  No fillers or thickeners - just pure ginger.  This has all thee ssame qualities as the Pure Ginger Juice, plus the texture of freshly grated ginger.
Bulk Products	All of the above products are available in bulk packs for commercial use.  The Pure Ginger Juice and the Cordial can be supplied in 4 litre containers, and the Minced Ginger in 1 Kilogram packs.
Shelf Life	These products are manufactured on a small scale, using only natural ingredients.  They contain no preservatives.  However, a careful hot bottling process ensures indefinite shelf life until opened.  Once opened, they must be refrigerated and should be used within a few weeks.
	Green Tea & Ginger A delicious light refreshing beverage, ready to drink straight from the bottle.  Made from organic green tea, flavoured with our unique Topaz Gold.  Certified organic.  Green tea is a valuable anti-oxidant, and a very healthful beverage on its own.  In combination with Topaz Gold ginger, this delicious drink provides not only a wonderful summer refreshment, but the combined health benefits of two powerful herbs.
