Time : Nexus comes into play during the distant future, after the humans destroyed their home planet, Earth.
Population : Dragons are the main inhabitants of Nexus, followed closely by the �halflings.� Humans, elves, faeries, gryphons, werecreatures and many of the creatures in between reside on Nexus. The orbiting moon, Tarot, is populated by a powerful species of Demon, each separated by their color.
Brief History : Nexus�s history only really began when humans came to the planet, since the dragons and other creatures didn�t feel that marking the past was important. History before the humans lived on through tales and songs carried by fools and minstrels throughout the land, and much of which is considered myth or legend now.
I : Planet Nexus is Inhabited by Humans.
   About one thousand humans land on Nexus after destroying the planet Earth. As    most humans tend to do, they claim Nexus for their own with the clever use of a flag. Unfortunately (for the humans), flag material is flammable. There was a short war between the dragons and humans, but because of their tender flesh and lack of strength, the dragons were able to put them in their place.
Casualties: one dragon, forty-three humans
II : Princess Ethera of the Light Dragons is Born.
   The Light Dragon Queen Lucia was mated to a Light Dragon warrior during the flight. Ethera�s scale is silver, flame is blue, and her element is Light.
III : Queen Lucia Dies of Unknown Causes.
   Ethera is forced to take the throne at a very young age.
IV : Tribal Dragons and Gryphons War Against Werewolves.
   Wolves of the Moonstone Pack attack and assassinate two dragon Lords of the Geart Tribe. The dragons, allied with the gryphons of Kito Peak, retaliate in a war.
Casualties: five gryphons, seventeen dragons, twenty-four wolves
V : Unicorns of Nexus Disappear.
   All feral unicorns disappear without a trace from the plains; it is rumored that they came to Nexus to escape the humans, and have fled the planet in a similar fashion.
VI : City of Humans is Established North of Nexus.
   Queen Ethera signed a treaty with the humans, stating that they may safely reside in a town northeast of Nexus.
VII : Prince Corey of Light Dragons is Born.
   Queen Ethera was mated to Ludack, leader of the Dark Dragons, during the flight. Halfbreed Corey�s scales are black, his flame is blue, and his element is Power.
VIII : Queen Ethera is Killed.
   Prince Corey takes the throne at a young age, though not as young as his mother. He is called �Prince� even though he is King, because he is unpopular to the subjects as a halfbreed, and so young. Ethera was murdered in an attack by the Dark Dragons.
IX : Prince Corey Marries Litas.
   Litas is a commonborn Light Dragon, and his marriage to her gains Corey the respect of some dragons.
X : Prince Seth of Light Dragons is Born.
   Queen Litas produces Corey�s first and only son. Status unrecorded.
XI : The Draksylrosis Plague Reaches Nexus City.
   A disease that affects Dark Dragons, killing them by the dozens, infects Corey and his infant son, Seth. Litas locks herself behind dreamstone-enforced doors for a month, taking Seth with her.
XII : Prince Seth Dies.
   Once a month has passed, Corey finds his son dead and wife missing. Prince Seth is buried beneath a weeping cherry tree behind Nexus Castle. A blue stone with the name �Seth� engraved in Theban is set into the soft dirt.
XIII : King Corey Disappears.
   Leaving the Lightning dragon Exarious in charge, Corey departs from Nexus without a trace. He finds and kills his half-brother Sei, a panther felgon, to whom his wife fled. It is unknown where he went after this event.
XIV : The Cure to Draksylrosis is Found.
   The down of the firebird gryphon, held in the tallest building in the City of the Tower, is the fabled cure to this plague. It is said that the King himself retrieved the feather.
XV : King Corey Returns and Relinquishes His Power.
   The halfbreed makes Exarious the new King, and once again leaves Nexus City. Many dragons claim to have seen him in the mountains of the Forbidden Range, but is has yet to be proven.
XVI : Ludack Dies of Natural Causes.
   Leaving no heir save Corey, the Dark Dragons are without a leader.
XVII : Rise of Light Dragons in Power.
   The Dark Dragons speak with the Light Dragons to form a treaty.
XVIII : Light Dragons and Dark Dragons Unite.
   The Nexus Dragons combine to form a more powerful union, leaving the world in peace for decades.
XIX : War of Sticks and Circles on Tarot Moon.
   After years of secluded battle on Tarot Moon, the Demons destroy their home and bring the fight to Nexus. All the inhabitants of Nexus join to defend their home.
XX : Destruction of Nexus.
   Many creatures escaped the planet by means of portals.
