Days of our lives began on November 8, 1965 Tom and Alice Horton were about to have the house to themself. There five children were Tom Horton Jr who died in Korea during the war but his body was never recovered. Before Tom died he maried Kitty and they had a daughter Sandy niether Kitty or Sandy were on the show. The next child was was tom's twin Addie whom married Ben Olsen there oldest child was Julie her brother was Steve they were both spoiled. The next child was Micky who was a bachelor. Then came Bill who was in his last year of medical school at harvard. The youngest was marie who attened Salem U she was to web Tony Merrit on Thanksgiving.

Addie married into the richest family the Olsens there children ended up being spoiled as a result that and the fact they payed no attention the them. On the first episode Julie got caught stealing a fur coat from a store even though she had many nice fur coats at home she said it was just a joke.

Marie had planned to marry Tony Merrit on Thanksgiving but when he discovered he had a fatal illness he left town without explaining anything to marie she became so depressed she attemped suciside luckly tom saved her.

While Tom is playing rescue with Marie Alice fails to deliver a message to him it seems a patient of Tom's, Carl, had an ulcer and he was having problems unfortunatly it got worse and Carl's mom called him but he was busy with his daughter later she called saying it was really getting bad Alice picks up the phone but forgets to tell tom after marie is fine he goes over there but he is dead his ulcer had hemorrhaged. Days later his daughter filed a malpractice suit for negligence since he did not respond but Tom refused to make Maries suiside attempt public whatever will tom do read next years summery to find out.
