Fancy High Performance Computers are no longer limited to the reach of big spending multinational corporations but in fact its exploits are well within the capacity of varsities students and the like. It is also fast becoming a common household item or perhaps appliance. It would not be surprising to find more than four (4) computers in a Klang Valley household as all members of the family prefers to have their own sets.
The pattern are becoming apparent as many do not mind throwing away their hard earned money to enhance the performance of their computers such as adding more memory, better cooling systems and definitely superior and faster processors etc.

The desktops are also relatively inexpensive compared to notebooks and tablets making them more attractive for the amount of computing power they possess. Laptops are the next most popular computer form factor and are fast gaining popularity as prices of the higher specifications comes tumbling down much to the likings of those who fancy top power mobile computing. Despite its mobility the notebook are not as versatile when it comes to customization. It would cost a bundle to upgrade laptops as space is luxury and weight increases with more add on. Still, the laptop followers believe that micro and nano solid state technologies would quickly evaporate this outstanding issue. Business application and mobile computing would well suit Laptops.

PDA and handhelds have been on the market over a decade. Their sales and demand have been like a roller coaster ride as at some point in time it was turning into a trend that executives must have one and those who don?t own one put it in their need list. But the trend as though just slides away as preference to spend on better machinery such as Desktops and Laptops just took higher priority over them. Nonetheless, there a still a huge following for these hardware as Wireless/ Internet connectivity via WiFi and HOTspots (Broadband) affords good and cheaper communication services through VOIP, MSN Voice, Skype, Yahoo Messenger and others.

Despite the efforts, investments and promotion by Microsoft,s Bill Gates and other major computer makers for Tablet PC, the demand was just far from matching all the hype and fuss made stating that it will the thing to follow. The demand for the Tablet PC have not pick up despite the promising features it has over its counterparts. The overwhelming majority still felt that Tablet PC would not find popularity until more suitable online commercial and entertainment applications becomes the norms and longer power capacity are made available to the masses at attractive and competitive pricings.
