How to submit student
Download two files (i)
template paper, (ii) student
paper attachment forms from http://www.icsci2004.org/conform.htm.
Prepare the full length
paper using the template paper. The number of pages of
your paper SHOULD NOT exceed SIX pages.
Complete the paper
attachment forms in all respects.
All papers would be
classified under three categories: (i) Systemics, (ii) Cybernetics and (iii) Informatics.
Identify the most appropriate category to which your paper could be
attached. Send your paper along with the completed forms to the
following e-mail ID :
Write “STUDENT PAPER” in
the subject line of the e-mail.
A paper which is
sent without the other forms will not be considered for a peer review.

submission: November 30, 2003.
Dos and Don’ts for
submitting a good student paper:
Work with a faculty and
try to understand what exactly you wish to present in your paper.
Do not just copy or just
cut and paste already published material in standard literature or
from web sites.
The language (English)
should be your own, simple and good and of course free from
typographical and grammatical errors.
Your paper should
contain the following (i) appropriate title, (ii) clear objective,
(iii) brief literature survey, (iv) focused methodology to achieve the
objective (v) results and discussions and (vi) logical conclusions and
Large claims are generally not made in student papers. But
justified and proven claims would indeed lead to
due recognition and reward
