during the conference, in consultation with the Conference Secretariat.

company will have a half page advertisement space in Conference Souvenir
that will be mailed and distributed to all participants and delegates.

Individual Event

When a company sponsors for an individual event, the company can display
upto two banners during the event and may distribute hand-outs or
pamphlets to the delegates and participants in consultation with the
Conference Secretariat.
Companies can sponsor stationary such as bags, files, pads etc which would
be provided to the delegates and participants. The Sponsor�s monogram will
be printed on the stationary. The sponsorship fee is negotiable with the
Conference secretariat with respect to the item handed out.
Cost of
advertisement in the Conference Souvenir
All sponsors are provided advertisement space in the souvenir.
Non-sponsors may advertise by paying the following tariffs:
Black and White advertisements: INR 2000 or USD 150 per
column-cm#
Color Advertisements:
INR 3000 or USD 375 per column-cm
# column-cm = height: 1cm x width: 4cm
The back outer and the back inner covers will be given as advertisement
space to the highest bidder for the same.
