Dr. Claudio Moraga is a world renowned Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Fachbereich Informatik, Universitat Dortmund, Dortmund, Germany
Profesor Dr. Claudio Moraga was born in Valpara�so, Chile, in 1936. He received the B.Sc. degree in E.E. from the Catholic University of Valpara�so in 1961; the M.Sc. degree in E.E. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1962 and his Doctorate in E.E. from the Technical University Federico Santa Mar�a, Valpara�so, Chile in 1972. He is presently Professor at the Department of Computer Science of the University of Dortmund, Germany. The research interests of Dr. Moraga include Multiple-valued Logic, Computational Intelligence and Spectral Techniques. He has published more than two hundred papers in these and other areas. Dr. Moraga's contribution to Theoretical Computer Science has been greatly acknowledged and appreciated by the various scholars. Topic The University in the era of Information Technologies
