The house is a three-bedroom, three bath " French rambler" with a full
mostly-finished basement. There are two bedrooms and baths upstairs and a larger bedroom
downstairs. In addition, the upstairs features a spacious kitchen and " family dining
area" , along with a more formal dining area attached to the living
room. The main downstairs room is the finished rec room,
plus utility space and a small unfinished workshop. We cut the utility space about in
half, in order to make a
Out back there's a nearly maintenance-free back yard, and a very nice deck, that I jokingly call the " dance floor". Over the summer of 2001, I terraced off a part of the yard between the carport and the walkway along the fenceline (on the left side of the pictures here) and put in a patio, to make a home for the gas grill. (I feel so suburban now!)
