Ken x Yolei/Miyako - CANON
It burns me to say it, but *SIGH* this pairing is canon because they get married and have kids in the end. Yolei gushes over Ken because he's cute (which she does with apparently all the cute guys), slaps him a few times, and according to the equation- IF: Kari*DarkOcean*quietnatured+DNAevopartner=Yolei AND: Ken*DarkOcean*quietnatured-maleparts=Kari THERFORE: Ken*married=Yolei. True LOVE.

Ken x Kari/Hikari
THIS is the pairing I was so sure was going to happen, and really saddened when it didn't. Not only did they look rather similar (which was cute), but Kari is the digidestined of light. She knew about Ken's troubles with darkness and the dark ocean. They would have been really cute together... Curse you Toei!
Kensuke
Ken x Davis/Daisuke
Also known as Daiken, this is probably the most obvious yaoi pairing. Aside from being DNAevolution partners, Davis has always been there and had faith in him. They have a sort of 'dual main character' thing going on in the show, and Ken and Davis both become incredibly good friends. Davis, like Yolei, also slapped Ken so you know it's gotta be love. Also, when he was the Kaiser, Ken tied Davis up, made him beg, and rode him down a hill. Perfect yaoi fuel.
Kenkeru
Ken x TK/Takeru
This is an interesting pairing. When he was the Kaiser, TK went to Ken's base and (after some talk and some 'losing of the cool' by Ken) basically started wailing on him. Aside from that, Ken and TK both had to watch their digimon die in front of them and when Ken returns to his normal self, both have similar feelings and hatred for the powers of darkness. This is probably more popular as Kaikeru however.
Ken x Wormmon
Weird, but I've seen it happen alot. Wormmon cares deeply for Ken, even to the point where he'd die for him. Now all you have to do is humanify him (or make him a 'gajinka' which is the human form of a normally animal character) and there you go. Heck, you don't even have to do that.

Usually, it's Osaken. *shudder* Incest.

Cody didn't trust Ken for a while, but then he did. I can see how people can be fond of this pairing, but there's not much evidence.
