Peace, Force & Joy

            SUMMARY

1. ORGANIZATION

The Movement generates specific action organizations, and also tends to orient existing organizations whose goals go in favor of human development, but which do not have sufficient potential or an adequate methodology of action. The Movement makes promotions to orientation and direction according to the concept of the "effective work" or results achieved by its members.

2. THE MOVEMENT AND THE ORGANIZATIONS

The Movement is permanent; the organizations it launches transitory.

3. GROUP AND STRUCTURE

The group is based on an agglutination around a leader and, occasionally around doctrinary materials. A structure differentiates functions (Orientor, Administrative and Support), and differentiates instances (members who begin to form new groups).

4. LEVELS AND STRUCTURES

These are possible thanks to the correct creation of instances, and to the formations opening in a "fan" and not in a "column". We must attend to the conditions of origin of a structure, and correct any difficulties of composition through mounting differentiated and parallel structures.

5. THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE STRUCTURES

Unrooted and rooted groups and structures. The theme of growing adaptation is of the highest importance.

6. SYNCHRONIZATION OF ACTIVITIES

The calendar as synchronizer that fixes beforehand the activities to carry out.

7. CIRCULATION OF INFORMATION

Distinguishes ways of circulation and forms of information. The archive. The individual information card. The minutes.

8. THE ORIENTOR AND THE INSTRUMENTS

Calendars, Organigrams, and Maps.
