Have you ever spoken with a senior citizen and left thinking; "Boy...I wish I'd live during those times"? Well, it was a pretty good time for the reason that the culture was very different than todays, in many, many ways. Corporations valued employees in a different way, be it because their was a lack of employees, a culture of mutual respect, assimilation, caring individuals for one another or just an economy that promised its citizens growth and stability. Many attribute this radical change to the newer cultures only wanting money at whatever expense. Not during these past ten(10-15) to fifeteen years. What has happen is that America has prospered enormously and has NOT fullfilled its promise to those that have made many Whites multi-billionaires. Additionally, "while the cat is at play" the overwhelming influx of illegal immigrants has made America abundant with employees! To this many Corporate Owners are baffled how many have snuck under the fence, but this alone does NOT relieve them of their participation. Sooooo today, American Corporations have a multitude to pick from and with the lax Government oversight; Corporation have been left to do whatever they please, want and choose; many to do it right, but others to pilage and steal.


[UPDATE:] SHOCKING AT LEAST COMPANIES THAT ARE REGULATED BY FEDERAL ENTITIES WOULD IGNORE THE VAST CRIMINAL ATTITUDES AND BEHAVIOR IMPOSED ON MINORITIES WITHOUT ANY LABOR DEPT CONCERNS OR JUDGEMENTS AGAINST THESE FELONIOUS COMPANIES. HOW CAN A COMPANY OFFER A ETHICAL PRODUCT OR SERVICE TO THE AMERICAN PUBLIC WHILE TREATING THEIR EMPLOYEES WITH VIOLATIONS AFTER VIOLATIONS?"We define ethical customer service as: The use of professional skills to give clients what they want and need for their highest good. They cannot and global concern in American trustworthiness is expanding...


Today not only are those warm bodies in positions that require education, specialization, licensing and training but the results clearly demonstrate that it has the the lack of the above that really IS horrendous that has made many Americans, specially Whites, aware of the stupid hiring, selection and fraud committed to hire those without the proper training. Unfortuately, those millions of prepared US Minorities have been intentionally kept out. A great example, is US citizen-Minority that has HR software training complaining about how he was told he was intimidating because he was NOT female, Not White and knew too much about HR regulation?! Isn't that sad! In turn illegals that can be hired at 50-60% cheaper(which is a unfair to those spending thousands for their Degrees) than those with education, specialization, licensing and training regardless, they have no visa, no civil rights and/or no employment right are working in America when these(illegals) should have never been offered a job in the first place. Due to this abundant mayhem and criminal behavior todays US citizens have had to face alarming hiring requisites never seen in any country before, to include paying to work for a Corporation. YES, PAYING FOR A JOB!
Below we have selected a person interviewed for a position requiring Licensing, Degree, Management Skills, Sales Expertise and much much more....
this American Coporation boasts of EEO, Veterans, Minority Participation, Six figure Salary, Excellent Benefits etc. etc.

Let us see what happen to this over-qualifying Employee in just a matter of four(4) weeks with this Corporation;

As you can see -losing $3158.00 is the US Corporations gain and benefit to hire and have the new employee pay for their expenses, its a new way to get cheap new employee! Making this initial hiring for the new employee un-bearable, forced expense.

I now have the following discriminatory, harassing disclosures about Sales positions, overselling, outright lies, intentional hostile management - though this year there was an increased inclement weather(2006), it still does not excuse this management from stating illegal, formulated, criminal and fraudulent over-selling of sales position.
$40-42,000 for Residential Sales(manual in front office), 10-13% commissions when in reality it is 1-3%(I received a few dollars under a scam tactic they called front loading and back loading, in other words to stay with my commissions), no commissions if no sales over $3500( which I signed three(3) weeks into employment and after intense over-selling from Matt D. - (lie to stay with my commissions). Finally, Bonuses were never paid one for $20 and another for $50. Harassment of bad training, no-training, under-training to constant verbal un-constructive critics, driving to the work area was at times restricted others did not care(David A. 816-231-7080).
Finally, I am disgusted at the “you are a smart man”, if you “honor God in all you do” you should mind what comes out of your racist mouth. The truth is these are no gentlemen these were cruel, unprofessional, uneducated, "wanna be" unscrupulous people using TruGreen to cover their unhuman lifestyle. I say that because of the loud music in the cars, pitting excessive smokers with non-smokers, constant harassment, bad mouthing, lude, loud behavior, etc. I was surprised that the approach used was that of “ we did not see enough performance” and I surely with a Degree did not want to perform as them. When I asked them about Jeff’s performance whom had several weeks below mine, I was reprimanded to mind my own business, but the truth was that he was being promoted, if that isn’t pure discrimination I know God will strike me down. For someone that sold $12000 in five(5)weeks, that sold to thirty-five(35) customers among them five(5) bilingual accounts - new faces, I ‘m repulsed at the manner I have been treated, released and now will let 10 million other employees, homeowners, potential cutomers and American honest, decent moral, people a day, know what I have been thru so they will not join a “we honor God” to find out their “God is money“ and dead. I have lost $2500 working for TruGreen.

This Kansas City, Kansas, HVAC company,$10million in Annual Sales, Motto:Respect, Integrity, Trust, Excellence, Stewardship, -far from the truth- christians? "GOD will spit out".
Let me give you an example; Hired as a Sales Rep. at Salary$8/hr, plus Commissions(6%)+ bonuses. They labeled it a career position, you think it would include benefits but you realize you've received lies after lies as;
1. great benefits in reality - no benefits,
2. told you will get promo items and supplies - in reality none
3. you are told you will get store credit for referral - in reality store does not refer any customers
4. told you will get sales - in reality the ones making the sales is another incompetent sales team that have no interest in selling
5. you're told its a salary plus commissions and bonus - in reality its only six(6)percent of sales, no salary, no bonuses, no referral bonus for referring, etc.
6. you will be making $15-25/hour - you make $8/hour, thats it!
Serious Labor violations and EEO violations. This is NOT a career opportunity because it pays $170 a week!
On top of that these christian jerks offered this excuse for doing this to people needing a job - we only made 4% last year in profit.
These are the White Americans that have made America their GOD and have made their fellow human brothers their slaves for their own profit, and live off the misery of the American people.
If I (minority) would do this they would have me in jail!
Splitting hairs to justify their sinful nature and community of evil christians, thank you for opening my eyes.

The scary thing is that those expenses have been shifted onto the the employees causing immediate hardship to the qualified, US Citizen?! Maybe this Coporation should have our Disclaimer Below! But it was sad to hear how a "career can mean a crash", in the hands of destructive egrecious behavior like this! Not only that; this person said that those that were fielding this new employee asked that person for a loan, had to pay the Instructors lunch, etc. etc. Many Corporations are also not paying for basic related expense as; internet, envelopes, stamps, faxes, brochures and things that the Coporation benefits of. All because of the lack of Government oversight and EEO supervision.
