From hiring illegal professional skilled labor to out-right transfering illegals into open positions within the US, establishing Sales/Management offices within Mexico to aviod Labor Laws, hiring White-Americans with no Spanish skills, continued criminal/illicit business practices avoiding FTC Rules and Practices to report a profit, and criminally adjusting record-keeping to show a profit within Mexico.
Below is a synopsis of the 2006 alert sent thru-out the US to Federal Government(Clinton&Bush), Congressmen, Senators that been recieved as a "terrorist risk" instead of addressing these serious malfeasance and assisting legal latinos with their concerns. American media has ignored HR Monitor, yet only shows those NAFTA sponsors that have made it - primarily whites or illegal/undocumented latins. This has been a nightmare for ALL legal latinos!

The latest numbers are staggering 60 MILLION! Yes, More than 60 million illegal immigrants have crossed into the United States in the last two(2) decades! Proportionally, 75% from the south / 25% from the North. What does that mean?! It means the growth projections for Legal Latinos referring to illegal hispanics, has been negative(-) 60%! Yes, the promises that being an American in America would pay-off, you can earn a decent living in America, you can retire gracefully in America have been lost! Racial Discrimination as part of the past has a new found meaning to 5.2million Legal Latino Americans?!
The results are enormously placed on those that have had a reduced quality of life competing against newer illegal latinos at basement salaries, no benefits and no morals! With this amount of free-loaders and "johnny come lately"; the American dream has fallen short for ALL Legal Latinos! If you would divide a pie chart of the Latino Experience in the past twenty years, it would 200% increase in taxes and a 200% decrease in wages! One hard working Mexican commented," I was promised a great life in America, and for the past six(6) years I have barely made any money in the United States". There just is not enough social assistance, taxes, medical expense insurance and economic stability to with stand this type of on-slaught brought onto legal Americans most-certainly legal latinos. This is a paradise for HR swindlers and Personnel Administrations that can coerce these illegals into scams, OSHA violations, Frauduluent commerce practices and illegal work conditions! That's why a overwhelming amount of Legal Latinos with a BS in Human Resources have been kept out of the money making apparatus called "FREE ENTERPRISE". Its corrupt corporate criminal minded White society! But see whom is getting the media backlash attention the poorest of them ALL - the illegals! Those legal Americans are left without much to say or do, seeking short-term employment and having the Judicial Branch laugh at them - yes legal US Latinos. In 2006, the minority that has broken the cieling was acclaimed as genius! Was a black minority? Was it a Latin Women? No! It was the bickering, gossiping, bitching White Women, that was highly proclaimed?! Why do you think they are on top? Like father-like son? You're exactly right, at the bottom you'll find the minority with the Degree, the expertise and knowledge, again under the lying loss of what America used to stand for. Many are choosing to leave America, many are doing exactly what American should do make sure these crooks retirement ends up in jail! I guess we'll need to build more of them. One Legal Latino states, when I was growing up I was told,"with Spanish language skills, you'll make lots of money". Today he is lucky to make a minimum wage, NAFTA is controlled by illicit illegals within North America and doing business as a Latino only bring jealosy, strife and a bitter White American, that will call the IRS, Police, Childrens Schools and spread sick-minded gossip of someone trying to run a small minority business in America. Divergent Actions Caused By Federal Government Against Minority Americans
There is a correlating cause and effect of the above actions taken within America in the past decade that has caused havoc and detriment to the American Culture and livelihood. Primary persons affected have been the lower to middle class legal minority US citizen group. The shuffling of businesses, business ethics and criminals development has left the whole American public with no recourse and a sense of "free for all" behavior continuing as of today. To all Americans the results have devastating effects as; broken promises, hindered benefits and in some cases causes thousands of negative results to include; insanity, loss of livelihood, health issues, illegal activity, family disintegration and the dissolving middle class for upper class riches.
NAFTA -
To date roughly 55 million jobs have gone oversees. Theses were under the assumption these jobs were lower paying, non-technical non-managerial jobs. The truth is; where there are jobs management needs to be present and so nearly 25 million jobs have also transferred management jobs to satellite or permanent foreign locations. These jobs downsized has left millions of White Americans jobless, minorities have another rresult. Even though many Whites have been compensated or given hefty "severance packages" that included career educational training, those left with no severance package "primarily minorities", are left with "separation agreement" - no recourse but to start immediately somewhere else at low to mediocre salary comparisons. Additionally, millions of White Americans have return pre-maturely to the workforce insisting they should have managerial jobs regardless of training and experience, which we will discuss further. Jobs publicized for Hispanics have gone to illegal Hispanics and their clans, assisted by Whites. Many illegally have bought their way up the Corporate latter under the unscrupulous White American supervision but is not limited to the Latin race.
Prevention of Minority Participation -
An example for this area of interest is the following; a minority legal US citizen opened a home office selling tractor parts to Latin America and in the US. He promoted his business and was awarded several bids and was well on his way with his business. As a decent American he let other neighbors and White friends know about his entrepreneur results, it ended abruptly. The result was White jeolousy, resentment and increased city taxes, IRS audits, rejection of SBA loan, loss of business repore and then finding out his White friends had just started a similar business. He is now fighting to keep his home because the IRS insists he was a c-Corporation and cannot deduct expenses! Yes, this horrible injustice can be seen in ALL-American industries where White Americans - Men and Women are using ALL matter of illegal, criminal felonious activity to contain and maintain their jobs! Sadly, low blows have been - name calling (illegalvs.legal - white vs. one shade under white and real Americans vs. wanna-be), serious behavior as; calling the police, using other Federal Government Agencies to inflict coercion and duress, calling kids schools, omitting families from social events and etc, etc. For those senior minorities of the sixties and seventies, they have now been replaced by White twenty and thirties or by an un-educated White Female. All the years of know-how, experience and expertise thrown away to keep White Americans at the helms.
