Kansas City Companies Continuing Illegal Hiring Practices ! 1. Blind Box - No-way to verify whom placed the opening or whom to contact? In truth these Companies with Criminal /Felonious Habits DO NOT want people to pick-up on their corporate openings so they give an illusion of fairness while they are using smoking mirrors, backroom headhunter deals and specific "white only" hiring gimmicks to evade American Labor Laws and EEOC Compliance. 2. Hiring from friends and family name pools - Why does the same crooks stay on top? Simply because they re-hire themselves over and over again. With a non-existant criminal judgement or governmental oversight these crooks will continue to stay in power. 3.Changing Job Description - Have you ever been to an interview when acronyms are used, questions as; "how would you change" and " who do you know in the industry?" becomes the interview process? These are because they are seeking someone tailored to their cultural/clan needs instead of corporate job neccesity. This in turn leaves un-suspecting job seekers out of a position they fully qualify for. 4. Interviewed by a high school diploma - This is when you are interviewed by a person without any credentials or Degree to make an intelligent HR decision. Americans hate those with Degrees, with credentials, with multiple language skills, with Awards and with expertise. Its no-use to educate someone that has no purpose but to hire the un-educated. No wonder when one is hired into these type of jobs you stick-out because they know the daily work schedule - you know the correct way to manage the business. 5. Hired by a Company that believes two weeks of training is a four year degree. In America -in Kansas City this is the way they instruct their children to depise those with Degrees. More to come....
