Women Workforce Dilemna
Women = Mean Business
Everyone has a mother, no man despises his mom, or the love of his life- “wife” or the precious seed of a daughter whom will bear her own seed of content. Let’s get the shame-game out of this issue.
"I do not think that in the 1990's when it was projected women were to double in size in the workplace it meant to put women in top management at any costs; on top of senior minority men that have skills, abilities and have fought the "White Glass Ceiling" from birth. Women have been forced into Top Management positions in the 2000's without any due diligence and with no productive abilities. "This just might be the down trend in American prosperity and slump in American productivity"PMarq, My adult-life was assimilating to the minority – affirmative action policies of the US Labor Department to no avail; juggling the “earn-as-you” with seniority wit and talent by White men claiming they knew they were better or knew ALL matters of business. But the recent-new policies1993-2009, and the influx of women into the American workforce has produced a dim result for the US and thousands of American minorities, as myself. Unfortunately, no-one in the media today (dominated by women), wants to point fingers at those that have made this process unbearable, and have avioded exposing the truth - I’m sure her words as; “cry-baby, wimp and intolerant”, will be these women’s first reaction to this exposure. But the stupidity extends to the Labor Department managed by a women, Secretary Chiao. Maybe this exposure will create "truthiness", routine water-cooler conversation, or maybe this will be fatal for the rest of my productive life. But it’s as if the American workforce opened-up for the Thanksgiving Special at Wal-Mart and whom-ever women is in the crowd now claim seniority without merits. Millions of predominately White women have never-ever served in the military or do not care to respect any American Labor Law! For sometime decent minority men(certainly in my twenty(20)years) whom have waited patiently, earned their positions, have their Degrees, now have a new hurdle – "unqualified women", primarily white women, many that hate men and women that are outright mean spirited. There are thousands of women hostile, angry and resentful for not having what their parents have refused them(a job), and they need to know it was not the minority men that caused this. Many so-called “degree women” have absolutely no experience, and are not able to assimilate to working with men let alone minority men. ...many girls do NOT meet minimum standards of work preformance and that is not including the shameful young women today that use peer-pressure to corner senior men and de-masculate younger men in their ill-minded un-conventional management. The result is catastrophic at least –termination for minority men. Examples as women in management committing mistakes blaming the men under them and terminating them - not the women management?! As projected Americans new policy in early 1990 was that, "women will bring a better workforce, more humanity, more kinder workforce - but this has failed! The resounding hurdle to minority men equals to another entry-level position without any legal remedy or a legal system that again mirrors hateful women in charge commenting this is; “cry-baby, wimp and intolerant”, attitude and avoidance of justice. So, as in the past minority men and now younger minority men having worked against white men for so long, now the crackling eggshell sound of women todays workforce (total-power directed), resembles a-work-in-progress for everyone in America, mind you white women are the primary a resistant force, but likewise, Black and Latinas have their few to blame too. It’s as if twenty (20) years of seniority for minority men equals nothing and to bear the results of malaise for an adequate replacement does not ensure our sons a job but a transition to other minority women, to include an increased number of illegal women. The result is evident, substandard work ethics, unfair advancement, favortism for women only promotions and these corrupt women only want power at whatever cost, even showing a profit by committing illegal, illcit criminal activity and hiring.
