After the alarming National attention of illegal workers doing work US Americans do not want to do, how is the workplace? How are the educated Degreed US Minority citizens being treated? And what is the perception in getting a fair chance at advancing in America‘s Corporations? I mean America is known world-wide as the “land of opportunity”? Many sought the cultural tradition of seeking and completing an education, would continue to be promoted, be admired and most certainly respected, but with the "new" American culture being drilled and boasted as; "I've achieved this without an education" the current trend will most certainly be that of high school level employees and/or criminal minded activity to make up for lack of education. In the Kansas City area the coaching being given to the White youth by desperation or ill-minded is; "four (4) weeks on-the-job-training is more than sufficient to perform optimally at your job". So why hire a Degreed person? As the un-educated juggle the pro and cons apathy and disrespect for Degreed people, its what entertains these Kansas City people. Many reasons have boiled downed to; Let’s not hire a Degree person they’ll want you to learn more, become more professional and seek continuous on-the-job training. Just recently a Black Degreed twenties was telling his story that after his family had struggled to have him educated, sacrificed future savings and having achieved to successfully seek a Cooperate internship, his advancement was pulled from under him to be given to a younger lady without the Degree, without expertise and without the know-how; un-American was the shocker it was a sexual favor to the young lady! How does this still happen in the US of America?! Well, with Corporations promoting internal employees through attrition, primarily for White gain, these employees throw-out the EEO Laws, Labor Laws and Ethics Laws to be able to maintain and contain their jobs and their community of un-educated friends and family. Likewise, with a Kansas City educational structure of well over a hundred (100) colleges, universities and institutes many crooked White Unviversity Officers have decided we will keep-out Minorities and choose White women as our minority of choice, thereby siding with Affirmative Action Polices, but violating and breaking EEO Laws, Labor Laws and Ethics Laws? Can you see where two(2) wrongs make a right for these crooked unethical employers. Additionally, many of these institutions place their students in jobs with employers needing College education but are given employees even without a Degree. Remember a Degreed person (majority Minorities) today has an insurmountable amount of competition from White friends and family, but regardless MUST take and adhere to Ethics, Ethics courses, Ethics culture while the un-educated swindlers do NOT know what, or why Ethics needs to be enforced in the workplace. Undoubtedly, the question many sense is that of , “ are you going to do our illegal biding or not ”, to which America’s increased criminal ways nationally and internationally are being found out that the best candidate is an illegal one. These US American trends have been in place for two (2) decades and the results are astounding. More crime, more violations, more felonious criminal activity, more turn-over and a dissatisfied American public with their career, and employment future. In the seventies (1970), many Minorities lacked an education and were passed up by uneducated Whites or many experienced White friends and family without Degrees. Reasons as; education, accent, hair style, cultural know-how and even dress-ware were used in not hiring Minorities, but today with a higher criminal element not allowing those Minorities having completed their Degree (sometimes having two (2) degrees) to be employed the ruthless American White nature of maintain the status quo and contain our criminal behavior is causing an American drain on quality of life issues as; poor social services, unprofessional work know-how and a future dismal Corporate results. At times the illegal issue has come to bare directly with many Corporations that have found a way to save money by illicitly hiring illegals, but remember these same savings do not last long in the hands of the stupidest and uneducated Americans. Many of those savings were either pocketed, used for criminal activity or used in a counter-intelligent manner due to lack of an educated workforce. Just go into an HR Organization, you can see an unprecedented lack of Latinos, Asians, Blacks, etc. but favoring White women. Do the percentages many HR Organizations knowingly have zero Latinos in a populous(75% Latino)?!! Sooo, the results of stating, "I've achieved this without an education" or "coaching the youth - four (4) weeks on the job training is more than sufficient to perform optimally at your job" equals to a Corporate quandary, lower performance, dissatisfaction with co-workers and a society that requires optimal performance but gets poor, under performing services.
