State of Missouri/Full Employment Council Gambit - Rico Violations


In 1992, when receiving my Degree in Human Resources Management and experiencing the worst racist, criminal racketeering, backroom hiring schemes and systematic judicial cover-up in Kansas City, I was fed-up with the recurring downsizing, ambiguity, incongruent management style and corrupt management of unscrupulous employers in Kansas City. Mind you I've been blamed for not having an education, not being open, not having experience, etc. But I am a Veteran, have countless certificates, bilingual, HR Degree, honest, decent, moral person. Sooo, I applied for the FEC / State of Missouri Career Development Program but you will see how in 2008, these primarily white bigots along with Clyde, Estell are bringing America down with their continued racist discriminatory and hateful behaviors!
After completing FEC's Enrollment Program week long program I was not given any work or jobs, nor interviews, or leads - simultaneously the Veterans Rep. could not help me either. I signed up the Greathires.com, USA Jobs, Jobs.com, Missouri Merit, Kansas City Hall HR, etc, etc, plenty of openings but I was never interviewed -no work, no jobs, mind you women were chosen without any work history during this time frame in America. So I had to take less-than-fitting jobs at entry-level or at student wages. Call Center, Janitor, Truck Driver, carrying 40# bags at Lowes/Home Depot, selling for illicit MLM companies; regardless these companies would go under because of the stupids they had as Kansas City as managers.
[2008 UPDATE:] SHOCKING American COMPANIES THAT ARE REGULATED BY FEDERAL ENTITIES WOULD IGNORE THE VAST CRIMINAL ATTITUDES AND BEHAVIOR IMPOSED ON MINORITIES WITHOUT ANY LABOR DEPT CONCERNS OR JUDGEMENTS AGAINST THESE FELONIOUS COMPANIES. HOW CAN A COMPANY OFFER A ETHICAL PRODUCT OR SERVICE TO THE AMERICAN PUBLIC WHILE TREATING THEIR EMPLOYEES WITH VIOLATIONS AFTER VIOLATIONS?"We define ethical customer service as: The use of professional skills to give clients what they want and need for their highest good. Ethical communication facilitates ethical customer service." America cannot and global concerns in American trustworthiness is expanding...



Did I mention I have a Degree in HR Management, these stupid Kansas Citians thought I could not use their criminal behavior against them?
In July/2007, I was approached by Full Employment Council / sponsor: Missouri Career Centers, the contract operator for the State of Missouri as a placement organization, AA, EEO and Training Center. With HR Degree, I thought I would certainly be happy -WRONG! Under-employed and given no training I was surprised to find out why the State of Missouri is soooo, backwards, racist, prejudice and in moral trouble. You know its 2007 not 1957?! After six(6)months and the promise of training, I experienced a lot un-accountability, unprofessional managers, illegals employees, Missouri State run grievances, unanswered complaints, a true labor quandry; but I continued to strive. Day-to-day of lollygagging/gibber-jabbers, I had seen enough corruption and malaise that the State of Missouri condoned and was directly responsible for. Even the Veterans Rep. had no placement of minorities.
This evil entity and its corrupt performance really has people working for "nothing" and for the $$$millions has no real hiring performance worth its investment 3-5000 hirings per year when there are more than 199,000 unemployed. I saw repeated unemployed people asking for jobs they had no license, no degree or no certifications to be placed in those positions, I saw illegals being processed intentionally without any respect to Laws, and last of all using Federal funding stating clients were employed and paid when they were not. I saw no placement priority for ALL Americans and... latinos are purposely refused programs and jobs, as if "ALL latinos are illegal". Worst of all as an employer I was treated inhumanly by people whom are there to help, assist and place people - no American traits but that of maniactical jail guards. As you may already know what happened when giving a two(2) notice to leave, Shelley Estell, Director whom earns a (6)six figure salary, decided to cut me a check and ignore all grievance procedures. This is whats going on at the ground leel in America. Inept women managing as terrorist, illegals being hired in exchange for a taco dinner and total unaccountability, by this organization and the State of Missouri. Millions lost to unscrupulous indiiduals. Primarily Whites, these employees throw-out the EEO Laws, Labor Laws and Ethics Laws to be able to maintain and contain their jobs and their community of un-educated friends and family. You can take that to the bank. At 50 years I recent having to be in this State, its people and its criminal misdeemnor, "clouds without rain", people that have demonstrated prejudice,malice,coercion and hatred to a christian, law-abiding,christian,honest,moral,decent American - we will clean our feet and let God that care of these so-called christians, Good-bye you saved yourselves.25cents.
