I started this story as a spin-off of another story I'd started a long time ago. I strayed away from Lie to Me and wrote another story. After a while I found this again and read it. It seemed to have potential so I began writing it again. Before I knew it, it was done and I was thinking of a second one, and a third one. But first, I had to put it up here.

The main character is Kris, who meets up with Taylor on her way to her other boyfriend's house. She begins to see Taylor; enjoying the affection he's giving her. Her other boyfriend, Brian, was what she considered "emotionally distant." He didn't say I love you or go out in public with her as a couple. Taylor was willing to give her a normal relationship, as normal as it could get with someone like him. She befriends Zac and soon finds herself falling for Taylor, but she didn't realize how hard it'd be to let go of Brian.
