Tips to the Traveler
Bring
a light jacket (preferably waterproof)
Bring some formal
clothing for teaching experience
Some
comfortable clothing for class outings which may be sport-
oriented
Pack
“layers” – some t-shirts or long sleeve shirts and a sweater/ jacket
as
it can get very hot
in the
afternoon and cooler
at night and in
the
mornings.
Pack
comfortable shoes for walking if you have to walk to school
If
you are planning on coming home with lots of souvenirs, pack less
clothing as your host family usually will allow you to do laundry in their
home
Bring
some swim gear – you may get a chance to go swimming at thebeach!
